The Marauders shined once again. The Varsity squad beat the Canisius Crusaders and went on to finish 2nd in their race, behind Clarence by as few as 6 points.
The team was led by senior Connor Tumiel who finished in 6th place in a time of 16:12. Close behind was junior JD McGuire (16:15) in 9th place, and newcomer Anthony Belfatto (16:19) in 13th place. Finishing in 22nd place was junior Cornell Overfield (16:27) and rounding out the top 5 was senior Justin Benzino (16:55) in 41st place.

Next, St. Joe's will travel down Rt 5 to take on St. Francis in an important league dual meet before packing their bags and heading down to Long Island to compete at the St. Anthony's Invitational at Sunken Meadows and the dreaded Cardiac Hill!
